I have enjoyed learning these ideas from James. I have been sharing the information with my clients' parents and their responses are very positive. Things are changing in their households. One family purchased their own program and the Parental Support Line.

My husband has been resistent and slow to work through this process. He is learning just about as much about himself as he is learning about managing our daughter. This is not a quick solution, it has not been easy, and there have been improvements. That inspires me to keep going.

Both my husband and I have listened to the program and I have had more time to read the book that helps with the program and then we were able to discuss the practices suggested.

We have three adopted mixed race daughters in their teens and were needing some help with tempers and pressure from school friends to do things we were not so sure about. All the program suggestions were helpful and we felt the program was a bargain considering the price of all the counseling sessions these kids get. We were the ones that needed the counseling and support. Thanks.

This is a work in progress - at least that is how I feel about dealing with my kids! Your ideas, strategies and information has brought a new sense of calm to me, (MOM), the kids and the whole house. We still certainly have our moments, but it is how my husband and I deal with it that makes it so much different than before. Thanks for the great information!

I use the Total Transformation Program to help Teens at Risk. I also use this program to help adults with past issues,with their past families, parents, siblings, etc. Sort of in reverse in some instances.

I have been a parent educator for years and have a great deal of experience dealing with at risk youth. I loved the Total Transformation Program. It is a "total" program and I especially like the way the package is organized. I listen to the discs as I drive to work. I think I have the entire program memorized now and I am finding myself speaking transformation lanquage. Plus I love the videos and work book. Makes it very easy for me to pass the information to my clients.

This program is great. My kids 13, 9 and 4 lost their dad 2 years ago and all rules went out the window. My oldest has ADHD and I felt I was losing control and my mind. This program is great. We aren't perfect yet but are on our way!!!! Thanks to total transformation.

My husband and I bought the program to help us with our 17 year old son. We have a 10 year old, but they are night and day different. Our house had become a mine field with our teenager, we needed help! Everything this program promises is true, and more. Don't think it's too expensive or you don't have the extra money, your relationship with your child is priceless. This program is priceless, and EVERY parent should have this program just in case they end up experiencing a difficult child. Had we had the training and skills to parent our oldest son the way he needed to be parented years ago, life would have been so much better and we wouldn't have lost precious time ENJOYING being his mom and dad and ENJOYING him. We've been on the program for a couple of months now and our house is calm, we are in control, not him, he is being respectful, the difference is night and day. James has made it possible for us to have a relationship with BOTH our sons now, and to TRULY have peace and joy with our teenager as well as our 10 year old.
This has been an answer to many many many prayers. We recommend this to every parent we know. Try this program, really, if you are looking for help and came across the Total Transformation site, what have you got to lose? Really, you just have so very much to gain.

The program empowered me to be a PARENT..much better than i was. My son is growing up and I can already tell the puberty stage is going to be tough! i am happy to have the tools I need to use from the Total Transformation Program. I also shared newsletter topics with my sister that were specific to her issues with an 18 year old. She was able to calmly discuss the problem with her daughter, set limits, and stick to it. I am not completly thru the whole program--as I am listening to each lesson--2 and 3 times. It has helped me feel empowered. I realize I am not the only parent dealing with some of the issues of raising a teen in 2009. I have put into use several of the lessons and have seen how they have worked with my son. This material has been very helpful to our agency. We have used it to train our social workers. It is being used to help the familes that we currrently service.The website articles are also vey helpful. This program is a tool that provides curent information for current problems that our clients are experiencing. It is not a bunch of psycobable. Thanks greatly for this information.

Overall I think this is a very good program. That's why I have recommended it to some of my friends who I think will be helped by this program.
But as for my family, I do not think this program will be helpful.

The Total Transformation has helped us more than anything else. I've felt that our son had a behavior problem since he was very young. I remember hearing about The Total Transformation on the radio when our son, Mark, was 10 years old. I wanted to buy it then, but my husband always said Mark's behavior was typical. Mark's behavior became worse every year. This year he is 16 and his grades at school were terrible. He was failing all of his classes. He was diagnosed with ADD three years ago, but we get no help from the school, probably because Mark's attitude is so bad nobody wants to deal with him. Mark also started using drugs this year. With the failing grades and drug use, my husband and I were at witts end. Mark was seeing a psyciatrist, psycologist and a licensed counselor and we were getting no where. They all told us the same thing, that we needed to send Mark away to an in patient facility. I don't see how sending him away was going to solve anything and we could not afford it. I ordered The Total Transformation and it has helped us more than any doctor. Mark is drug free now and doing much better. There's no more yelling at our house. The things James tells you to say and do in the program work. I tell everyone I know about The Total Transformation.

The Total Transformation Program is one I would highly recommend to any parent, even if you aren't having serious problems with them.

My kids are great kids, and I'm always looking for new ideas and ways to motivate them. Total Transformation has helped me to fine-tune my parenting to be more appropriate for teens by sticking by my boundaries and not listening to them complain on and on about other authorities in their lives. I've also realized that THEY have more responsibility to stay motivated, and I need to back off on feeling so MUCH responsibility for them at these ages.

Total Transformation has also helped me realize that certain little annoying teen behaviors should be ignored rather than 'disciplined'.

I have listened to the tapes twice and will listen again this week to pick up more ideas. I still want to help my four teenagers (sixteen-year-old triplets plus one eighteen-year-old) be more respectful of each others differences in personality and relational style.

I have one going off to college this fall and the other three will be gone in two years. Thank you for providing this invaluable tool to help me feel confident I will finish the job well.

The Total Transformation was a wonderful tool in helping our family get a handle of our son's behavioral issues. Our son is 8 and I feel that most of the information in the program is geared towards pre teens and teenagers however it was very helpful. Things to date are not 100% but they are much better.

This started working for me the first day... I couldn't believe what using this verbiage did to my son... it actually stopped him in his tracks!
He had no response and it was beautiful.... after about a week, There was peace in my home. My husband didn't want to spend the money but now he is glad we did... I haven't even listened to ALL the c.d.s yet!

The Total Transformation Program has taught me to teach my children problem solving skills - and I can do that even though I don't have a degree in psychology and I may never know why they are so rebellious and defiant. I was paralyzed by thinking I wasn't qualified to deal with my oppositional defiant son. I am no longer fearful. I calmly walk away to diffuse a power struggle, I am prepared with what to say when confronted with various crisis. I think ahead to make sure my son is learning a skill while losing a privilege. I have a very tough road ahead of me and thankfully I am much more prepared for it because of what I've learned from the Total Transformation Program.

I am so happy I decided to order the program and over looked the cost that was holding me back for some time, My only regret is waiting so long. Half way through the program I was almost ready to send my 14 year old to stay with her Dad because it seemed as though she was getting worst. However when the parent suport line reasured me that it was normal because she was was forced to change her behaviour and didn't take to well at first. Well Thank God I took the advice and kept working with it because now I am really seeing results in all my children.

This is the best thing i've ever sent for. I feel much better about my reactions to my 16 year old daughter.

Being a single parent of a same sex child can be difficult. I have been told that my daughter looks just like me and we have similar actions. I have been told that it sounds like a request when I tell my daughter to do something. I have been working on my wording and my actions. When I tell her to do something, I use a very calm, low tone of voice. Once I've told her what I expect, I literally walk away. I don't hang out to see if she's going to do it. I make myself busy. I give her warnings, as needed, just as they do in school. I've noticed improvements as I make changes in how I parent. I'll be continuing to review the program, as well as the consequences program that I just purchased, over time and implement tools as I can. It's not easy being a parent, but the tools that are offered in the Total Transformation Program can not only be used with your children, but at work or anywhere they might be needed.

I heard about Total Transformation on Public TV and it stayed on my mind so I searched the internet and decided to try it. After YEARS of techniques, therapy and advice to help my son with his frustrations and problem behavior, this was a step in the right direction. Mr. Lehman gives practical instructions for everyday problems. I've learned how to help my 12 year old and am just beginning to apply the program. I have great expectations as I apply more of the program. The parental support line is a perfect supplement when I need help and objectivity.
