We purchased the program for our daughter and grandsons ages 10 and 14. The material seems very helpful for many of the issues facing our daughter as a single mom. Since we have given it to her, we have not completed the series ourselves. I would hope she will have thoe opportunity to respond as well to this review.

My wife and I have decided that we are buying this program as a gift for everyone in our family that decides to start a family. If we had only had this training as new parents...!!!

We have just previewed the material you sent us, before sharing it with any parents at our school. We feel quite positive about what we have seen, and think your program should prove very helpful to several families in our community. Our only concern is with regards to the quantity of information and the number of audio discs provided...we feel some people may feel overwhelmed and be reluctant to dive in!

So far the program seems to be helping. Of course my kids didn't start behaving this way in one day, so it can't be fixed in one day. I review the cd's weekly just to refresh my thinking and stay on track.

Although we have completed the audio CD's, we are still learning how to use the total transfomration program. The few techniques we have tried WORKED! Thank you.

The Parental Support Line was hepful We did find that several times we wanted to call, but service was not availabe due to time frame. One time the counselor answered even though we were calling at the last minute, and she talked with us past 9:00pm. I appreciated this.

This program has helped us as parents more than anyone else.
Our 9 year old son has scored very high in ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and Ausberger's syndrome, so he can be a handful and that was on a good day.
With the Total Transformation Program we noticed a difference within the first few days. It's been a couple of months now and the yelling, screaming, name calling and throwing has almost stopped completely. "There's no excuse for abuse."

As parents, the Program taught us how our son thinks and how to set goals and expectations so our son could solve problems without the frustration(his and ours).
I would highly recommend this program to any one having behavorial problems with their children. It has restored peace within our home.

I have and 8 year old son with ADHD and I am recently divorced. The back talking and disrespect had to stop. Im a single grandmother with a 15 year old male a 13 year female and a 9 year old male with adhd ,this program is very helpful but very expensive and time consuming,but what I have tried worked.I do like the emails of news.

It has made a tremendous difference. I was doing about half of the things you mention not to do, and my husband was doing the other half! We're still working through the program and haven't finished it yet, but we feel like things are better. We're still having some attitude problems and arguing, etc. but our 13-year-old boy has made imporvements...that's for sure.

Good tips, relevant examples and realistic presentation

Because we are so 'late' getting this program (our son with problems is 14) we are still having quite a bit of issues however, we are seeing some changes. I wish we would have gotten this when he was 3. We have learned alot and are using the methods daily.

Since using the Total Transformation System, I've seen my son start taking the initiative to do his chores w/out fighting about it, also there's been fewer disciplinary issues at school. All in all, this has lead to a much happier home life

I was much impressed with the curriculum and information. I was able to immediately implement it and see changes in myself as well as myself. The only complaint I have is some of the dialog with other participants was at times hokey and strained. The materials though are fantastic as the do work.

I ENJOY THE PROGRAM VERY MUCH, IT HAS HELPED ME A GREAT DEAL. I WISH THERE WERE MORE AGE SPECIFIC TOPICS.

Good information. As a future educator it has changed my perspective on disciplining students with the Alternative Response, but there is still more baggage involved with our daughter than different rules can overcome. I will admit, however, walking away when she wants to fight at least keeps me calmer. She still rages on though.

This program is so good when you have know idea where else to turn. I really needed help in changing how I handle certian situations and that is what this program does. I am really working hard to follow the steps to restore peace and harmony in my house again and I know that with this prgram it is possible. Thank you.

The program was extremely helpful to me. I married a lady with a ten year old child that had serious problems with behavior and lying. It took a lot of patience and perseverance, but there has been a big change in the child's behavior and lying since I have started applying the principles of this program. As a result, behavior in school has improved drastically as well. The child constantly came home with "N's" (not a good thing). Now only occasionally. I do wish however, that lying was more specifically addressed.

I have two great kids (12 and 14) but no parenting instruction. Things started to get pretty complicated. Using the Total Transformation program recently has made a big difference in my parenting confidence. I can completely relate to so many of the stories, situations, and anecdotes that James talks about. It makes me realize that I don't have to recreate the wheel. There are hundreds of thousands of parents out there going through the same thing, using tried and true solutions. James ' program shares that information and makes it accessible to all of us. It is so nice to get affirmation on my instincts from the Parental Support line as well. It's like having a set of friends the completely share your outlook on parenting and on values with today's teens.

This is quite possibly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Yes, it was that superlative.

I am very pleased

This program isn't working well for us, but that may be because of the circumstances in our house. I'm adult ADHD, single mom to a son with ADHD, ODD, and CD, and a daughter with ADHD, depression, and possibly OCD as well. With my being a single parent, I just don't have the ability to control the situation with both, at the same time. For a double parent household, this is more likely to work, as it is with less complicated children.

Has worked well so far and we started to see results immediately. We are all still working on it together and plan to continue using the program.
