My wife and I have been pulling out all the stops to help our son, age 7, with his defiance and anger issues. Last year, in first grade, he was consumed with anxiety. The year was a seemingly endless loop of anxiety, outbursts, reprimands and tension. We purchase the TT package late in the summer and our son is on a completely different track. He loves school, his grades are excellent and his behavior at home is vastly improved.

I am very grateful for this program. James has helped me understand my ODD son and the Total Transformation tools and strategies are definitely helping. Our struggles aren't over, but my husband and I feel empowered in handling our son's struggles and helping him learn how to create the kind of life and relationships he really wants for himself.

I found it very helpful, especially if I could follow it all the time.
I did not sign up for the support line so can't comment.
I do enjoy the emails from Empowering Parents also.

I wish I had listened to this program many years ago. Our daughter had epilepsy and we did spoil her because of it. I'm thrilled to say her epilepsy is under control but she was not! I find I have made many mistakes as a parent, but your philosophy makes alot of sense. We haven't done everything on the tapes yet and I'm having trouble getting my husband to listen to them so we can be on the same page, but things are improving. I would love to see it offered as a weekly program locally where you can meet with other parents and listen together.

I ordered the program for my 2 daughters in law. One has used it and they get useful ideas from the parent support e-mails. I ordered one other DVD for them.

After my wife and I acquired professional help for our grandchild that we are raising with no results whatsoever, I saw your commercial several times before I called and to see what Total Transformation was all about. I liked what I heard from the representative and ordered your product. I obeyed your instructions and listened to one tape a week. The results were in second grade of 2 to 3 infraction slips a week! And now that he is in third grade, he is only getting about 2 a MONTH. This has taken a lot of stress off his teachers and my wife and I. I must admit the adult that takes this course must do exactly as you instruct with no exception for the benefit of the child as I did. We are extremely satisfied with Total Trans.

Very useful. I wish my daughter had the program 4 years ago instead now when my grand daughter is now 8.

The program has helped me learn to talk with my child and deal with the child I have in a very short period of time.

Make kids thirsty to behave. That is the best lesson I took away. Shorter term punishments work much better for her and I instead of taking it "all" away.

This is wonderful and wish everyone who has or works with children of all ages listens to the total tranformation. JUst a few of the sayings that mr. lehman says to use and it really works. I recommend it to everyone.

I liked the approach and ideas presented. Unfortunately in our case my husband still isn't ready to make any changes and since we are dealing with a 16 year old, I feel i am facing an uphill battle. I have no complaints with the program and have been singing it's praises to friends - i just would like Mr. Lehman to come live with us and offer assistance! ( I never took advantage of the parental support line)

I purchased this for the benefit of my 9 yr.old grandson and discovered a friend is getting the most use with the 1 minute transformation and newsletter for her 16 year old son. And they in turn pass on the letter.

Your program and the cousellor we have in town are in total agreement in working with our teen son. It took the arrival of your program for me to "get it". we gave him the choice of staying in our home with our rules or not staying here. He sofa surfed for 2 weeks and then asked if he could come home if he agreed to the rules. He has been home for a month now and is starting to slide again. The total transformation has happened in me first. His first week away i cried my heart out. The second week having our son described so accurately in your program gave me a whole new perspective and backbone!! I haven't made it through all the cd's yet, but am on my way. I wish I had had this insight so much earlier and could have parented differently in dealing with his huge sense of entitlement. It is a wonderful program!

Thanks for a fantastic product, we love the simple yet powerful tools given us to create harmony in the family. Listened to the first CD and immediately was able to successfully apply techniques on that same day.

My nine-year-old son has been an uphill battle since day one. Not only does he have
ADHD, but I have since learned that my husband and I have been "ineffective parents". We are slowly reversing the effect that our parenting style has had on him and I no longer feel so guilty about his behavior. We have had him in therapy for years. The first 5 discs (we have not yet finished the program) have helped more than all of those years and dollars wasted on therapy.

I think the program is wonderful. My way of thinking has been the biggest change and that has had a tremendously positive effect on my challenging son and his two younger brothers. My only reservation about the program so far is that a lot of the steps assume you have a compliant child who will actually do what you tell him. We're not there yet but I do see that day coming. Even his teachers have noticed an improvement in his behavior at school and sent notes home commenting about it. My son's self-confidence and pride in his accomplishments are at an all-time high and I anticipate we are just glimpsing the incredible young man he is becoming.

Although we are still going thru the program it is helping us narrow down specific issues we are having with are son and how to handle him. It is still a difficult journey with this challeging child but it's been more help than therapy. The newsltter is helpful; also.

I was delighted with the information on the CD's. I have found the information very useful and have recommended this program to the adolescent psychiatric ward and counseling center in our area. The Parental Support Line helped me script a response to my teen and I was very appreciative of their support. I look forward to reading the Empowering Parents email. It is just like a friend reaching out saying "I'm here , your are not alone. Stay strong and we will get through this together." My only comment is that the CD's tend to slip out of the packaging very easily.

I have found the Total Transformation Program extremely helpful and have recommended it to many people. Although at times the techniques may not work often it does. It has taught me new ways of dealing with our daughter, and reminded me that we are not alone. I also benefit greatly from the weekly newsletters. I would like to see more articles dealing with pot and drinking as that often is the root of many of our teens problems.

First, I must say I find it very hard to find the time to listen to the disks together with my husband. We're only through disk 3. But I've found strategies I've heard very useful and I've learned quite a bit about my parenting. I actually am a child psychologist and I'm finding this approach really useful. I've discovered things about my parenting that I didn't understand or realize before. I look forward to going on with the whole program.
The parental support line has been enormously useful for help and just to check out after the fact if I did the right thing. I plan to continue paying the $30 a month for a while. I think it's a bargain. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because occasionally, I've felt at the very beginning of a call as if I'm bothering the person or as if the person was tired or wasn't gung ho to be talking to another complaining parent. But as we've gotten into talking, the person perked up and really was very helpful!

The ToatalTransformation Program provides the information about raising children that most of us don't get from our parents anymore. The frenetic pace and mobility of society doesn't afford most of us the opportunity to absorb the lessons of dealing with children that used to be handed down from generation to generation. The Total Tranformation Program helps us to understand today's child and respond to them accordingly. A must have if your experiencing difficulty in raising your kids due their acting out or behavior.

The content of these tapes are great. I have listened to them and starting to use them with my 4 year old grandson. I ordered these for my daughter and son-in-law. My daughter married a man with two teenage sons. They are giving them problems. This would be so helpful if the father would listen and heed, but so far this is not happening. My daughter loves the tapes and would like to implement these methods but it looks like only our 4year old will benefit. I pray for them daily. I pray that the father will see that he is a big part of the problem with the two teens. The father has listened to only the first tape.

I am a retired teacher with a greatgrandchild aged 6, who is about to be put into a court appointed program for anger management and behavior. I want desperately to help him but too many externals affect my ability to help (my age, sick husband, limited income). Total Transformation sample helped a lot and its message and content is excellent.However, money is a real issue in this family and I can't even afford payments. Keep up the good work. Thers are so many children who can benefit by your program.

I see changes in his ability to problem solve , I see my role so much clearer and no longer engage in every fight I am invited too. Seems like there are fewer fights to attend and actual times we enjoy each others company.
