So far, I have found the Total Transformation program useful. My granddaughter is quite young (6) and some of the instructions do not apply, but I expect they will in the future.

This program has given my daughter some very useful tips and insight as to the unspoken messages and dialog going on between her and her children. I highly recommend.

Thanks to your program, which due to physical illness of my son, I have not yet completed...it is sort of on hold at the moment, I have seen remarkable differences in the way that my troubled child as well as my other two children behave. I actually enjoy them now...and I have only made it through lesson 3. I will complete the program in due time...but am very happy thus far. Just telling my son he was being abusive was the kick off to it all. Had I only known that I could make that much difference by just saying that...I would have done it a long time ago. This program is great - I only wish I had more hours in the day to devote to it. I am only on disc 3, but have already seen changes - more importantly I am gaining my confidence as a parent back. I also love the newsletter - there is so much relevant information there.

I haven't tried the parent support line because I just haven't known, really, what to use it for (i.e. what question to call with!)

I was at my wits end with my 15 year old daughter. She went from an A student to failing 4 classes, screaming and cussing at my husband and me (in public and at home), and making everyone in the family miserable. We went to a psychologist and a psychiatrist for help. We went to numerous counciling sessions and followed their advice, but did not see any change in her behavior. I didn't know where to turn and heard your commercial. I ordered this program without a lot of faith that it would work. However, I listened to the DVD's and religiously followed the program. The difference in my daughter is unbelievable. She is more respectful, grades are back to A's, and there is finally peace in my household. I actually enjoy being with my daughter again. Thank you for this unbelievable program. I highly recommend it. It is a life changing program.

We have finished about half of the program and have already seen positive changes in our son. We look forward to the remainder of it.

I love this program. It has brought peace to the house once again. I have learned so much. I give myself refreshers by relistening to the disc when I notice I am reverting to my old ways. I am a therapist and have found the information contained in the discs very helpful and am utilizing a few of the techniques.

I bought this program for my daughter and grandchildren. I watched the CD's before giving it to her and think it's a fabulous program. I see so many examples of when it would be useful for her. I am hoping that she uses it and remind her to use it, call the hotline, and just work the program. It would solve many of her problems with her children, but I can only do so much.

I have to tell you though, the statement made in one of the CD's about being a good enough parent relieved guilt that I had been carrying around for years...so, although the program was not directly for me, I want to thank you. I wish the program were required study for anyone who even thought about having children.

We have been using the Total Transformation program for a couple of months now and noticed a trememdous improvement in our son's attitude and response to us. The techniques are straight forward and very effective - right from the first cd. We have received comments from other family members who have also noticed the change. It has been a great investment for us.

I absolutely recommend this product to anyone having difficulty with child's behavior. I have learned how to respond correctly to inappropriate behavior and much to my dismay it is working!! Hats off to Mr. James Lehmann!!

I ordered your product because I wanted to change the way my son and I got along. We had poor communication and a terrible time understanding who was the parent and who was the child. My son is 12 years old and thinks he is 30. We fought every day all day. It was awful. I hated it and so did I. The thing was we were both fustrated and we both knew it but neither one of us knew how to make our point to the other one. Sind your program, my son and I able to communicate better. We both listen to each other and that has made the biggest difference. Thank you for your progam

I have learned, and am still learning, many great parenting techniques to use with my 7 year old son. Many have worked very well. I am just finishing the Program, and am considering starting over and listening again. I think each time I listen there are one or two great points that really stick and I want to pick up more! I have found it very useful in interpreting wrong thinking and poor decision making in my boyfriend's ex-wife (who has bipolar disorder) as well! I never did use the parental support line and have not had any experience with the Customer Service either.

Thank you for giving me the balls to direct my teen thru her resistance. She always said "no" to things I thought she would do well at, and I had not pushed it. Implicitly saying to her that she couldn't do it. So I made her come visit Barb in the nursing home (she thought the pajamas would keep her from having to go in). And she did wonderfully!! So many things I didn't realize that I should have pushed because I believe she can do them...

Our 14 year old son had changed once puberty hit. We were so involved in the middle of the situation that we couldn't see how we were NOT parenting the child we had! Total Transformation made a difference in the first weekend. He has since begun to use phrases such as, "I solved my problem by..."

We still have mountains to climb, but now we have the equipment to do so. Life around our home is a different place! Thanks so much!

I have not completed the entire program yet, but found the 10-minute audio tape to be very helpful in giving me the confidence to deal with the particular situation. Often times, using the tools in the audio is all that I need.

I like the system alot and it has helped. One disc was wrong in the package and another was sent out to us. I think improvements could be 1- more examples 2-how to get a spouse to listen/believe/integrate the system into child rearing, especially when the spouse sees the success in our family and child

This program is just what I needed.

We are examining the program slowly. We began fast, then didn't feel we were getting everything, so went back and approached it slower and we ARE seeing results. TTP has made me, as a father, more aware of my child's difficulties, but by practicing what James teaches, while at the same time being sensitive to my kid, I'm seeing some of the problems disappear.

Overall I thought this was an excellent program! It helped me out in dealing with a very difficult strong willed child. The only thing I would change about the program is more help with the "average" problem child. The program seems to gear towards extremely difficult problem children and does not give me much advice for dealing with issues like sibling rivalry, disresectfulness or mild infractions that occur on a daily basis but really drain me emtionally. However, the more I am with the program and reading the emails that are sent out, they give real practical advice on some of these issues. But I love the program overall and definitely recommend it to others.

I have learned so much from this program. I feel like I have hope again and I am able to enjoy my family. Thank you a million times. When I hear other parents jokingly say that they wish there was a parenting manual, I immediately tell them about this system.
