I was frustrated and had given up on my relationship with my son. Total Transformation offered hope and gave me the tools I needed to work with my teenage son. The program is full of great information and examples of how to use the tools and skills they teach you. A workbook is included which helps to reinforce everything you have learned. I would recommend this program to anyone. It works.
